“Three Buddies” Policy

When a potential student contacts MAVEN EMS Academy, LLC requesting information, either by direct contact with the academy or through another person, they will be sent a student enrollment application.

On the application there is a specific area to designate the name of the person from whom you received the application.

Once the potential student returns the completed students enrollment application, it will be reviewed and the “three buddies” policy will apply as follows:

1)    If they (i.e. John Doe) are the person who initially made contact with MAVEN EMS Academy, LLC as indicated by MAVEN EMS Academy, LLC being listed in the designated area, they will be given credit as the Initial contact person.

2)     They (John Doe) then must recruit three additional tuition paying students (‘three buddies”) for the same class or course in which they are enrolled.

3)    The “three buddies” must, on their student enrollment application, identify the initial contact person (John Doe) as the person from whom they had received a referral or their student enrollment application.

4)    The initial contact person’s (John Doe’s) tuition payment obligation will be placed on hold pending payment from his “three buddies” for their tuition obligation.

5)    Once the “three buddies” have paid their tuition in full, the Initial contact person (John Doe) will not be required to pay tuition for the course. (This scholarship is for tuition ONLY and does not cover other costs such as book fees, application fees, testing fees etc.)

6)    If one or all of John Doe’s “three buddies” fail to pay their tuition obligation either in part or in full, the hold on John Doe’s tuition obligation shall be lifted and John Doe shall be required to pay his initial tuition obligation in full.

7)    If a potential student has been referred by another student and was not the person to make the initial contact with MAVEN EMS Academy, LLC, they are not eligible to utilize the “three buddies” policy.

8)    MAVEN EMS Academy, LLC reserves the right to change or terminate this policy at any time.

9) The policy will be considered only for classes held at the MAVEN EMS Academy training center located in Casey County, KY

10) The policly will apply only to individual persons  

      making the referral and will not be considered for

      groups, departments, agencies, businesses, etc.

11) A minimum of 28 students must be enrolled in the

      course and a minimum of 21 of those 28 must be

      tuition paying students.
